Fardosa
Nairobi, Kenya
At the age nine, Fardosa fled violence in Somalia with her family and settled in Kenya. As the family struggled to make ends meet, Fardosa found hope in the Zakat Foundation supported RefuSHE, a safehouse for refugee girls. Now at 21, she’s enrolled in their IT vocational training program, where she’s mastered digital skills, and works as an online freelancer, aiding her family and building resilience. Grateful for your support, she aspires to pursue IT studies at university, and specializing in programming.
